Absolutely not! We cater to riders of all levels. Whether you just bought your first bike and want to learn basic skills, or you're an experienced amateur looking to shed seconds off your race time, we have a coaching program tailored for you.

You will need a mechanically sound bicycle (road or MTB depending on your focus), a well-fitting helmet, hydration (water bottle), and appropriate cycling attire. For technical skills sessions, we also recommend knee/elbow pads if you have them.

Our school programs are structured around the academic calendar. We run weekly group training sessions focused on fitness, safety, and race preparation. We also assist schools in managing their teams during inter-school race weekends.

Our physical base is in Pretoria, South Africa, where we host our in-person skills clinics and group rides. However, our Private Coaching uses TrainingPeaks, meaning we can effectively coach you no matter where you are in the world.
